Coach USA bus driver did not follow the curb turn radius when stricking Deshon

Curb Radius guidelines The prosecutor and Coach USA bus company trying to say my son was the cause of his demised. The town street was under construction and bus was supposed to go by turn radius guided line. Here is some information about the large vehicle turn radius information. Apparently the bus driver did not follow those laws. Therefore the bus drivers negotiating the intersection where my son was standing and the bus jump the handicap curb knowing my son down and dragging him to his death.The question is!
