AFFIDAVIT OF NON-RESPONSE

I, Naomi Johnson, sui juris, one of the People under the U.S. Constitution, declare under penalty of perjury (28 U.S.C. § 1746):

  1. Between March 1, 2025, and September 27, 2025, I served Defendants (Glen Ridge Township, Sgt. Anthony Maza, Lt. Thomas, Judge [Name], Prosecutor [Name], Clerk [Name], State of NJ) via certified mail with: a. Affidavit of Rebuttal (March 1, 2025; tracking: [Insert]). b. Affidavit of Acquiescence (March 15, 2025; tracking: [Insert]). c. Notice to Liability and Cure (April 8, 2025; tracking: [Insert]). d. Motion to Quash Warrant (May 1, 2025; tracking: [Insert]). e. Motion to Vacate Tickets (May 1, 2025; tracking: [Insert]). f. Demand for Jurisdiction, Contract, Injured Party, Commercial Use (June 1, 2025; tracking: [Insert]).

  2. No Defendant responded, admitting truth per 16 Am. Jur. 2d § 155 (estoppel by silence) and maxim “Qui tacet consentire videtur.”

  3. My court of record is public at [Soulality Blog/Legal Share URLs], admissible under Fed. R. Evid. 803(8). Non-response violates due process (Mullane v. Central Hanover Bank, 339 U.S. 306 (1950)) and NJ rules (R. 7:8-9).
