NOTICE is hereby given that each addressee, as a public officer and fiduciary trustee of the People, is under binding oath and duty to uphold the United States Constitution, the Constitution of the State of New Jersey, and all federal and state laws enacted in pursuance thereof.

You are reminded that:

1. Constitutional Supremacy – Article VI, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution establishes the Constitution as the supreme law of the land. Any act, order, or judgment repugnant thereto is void.

2. Due Process Obligation – No man or woman shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law (U.S. Const. Amend. V, XIV; N.J. Const. Art. I, ¶1). Any proceeding conducted absent proper jurisdiction, notice, and opportunity to be heard constitutes a constitutional violation.

Acting in absence of jurisdiction, or in deliberate disregard of constitutional rights, gives rise to personal liability under 42 U.S.C. §1983 and related federal statutes.

5. Fiduciary Duty – As sworn officers, you hold a fiduciary duty to act in good faith, with loyalty to the People, and in strict compliance with constitutional law. Breach of this duty constitutes malfeasance and commercial liability.
