Essex County Vehicular Homicide Detective Mishandling of Deshon Coach USA/NJ Transit

In the video, you are going to hear that Transit Attorney Michael Tuzzio is going to lie and say Romaine has a clean driving record and Detective Mike Booker tell Wilson Romaine that it was nothing he could have done to prevent the killing of Deshon. Then Booker is going to tell Romaine he did not do anything wrong (by killing Deshon) and the interview is going to be short and sweet. Also, you will hear in the video that Attorney Michael telling Romaine, Vincent Nardone the head Detective who use to work for NJ Transit as A Collision Reconstructionist is going to take care of everything because he works with the gentleman all of the time.

It is the lawyer should be taken an oath. Can you imagine the legal system we would have if the lawyers will take that oath? I am sure these lawyers are sleeping easy by keeping these reckless bus drivers on the road.

The lawyers for NJ Transit and Coach USA bus companies are assassinating these innocent victims character who was killed in vain by their hired dangerous bus drivers.

At the end of the day, the lawyer just needs to tell the truth because the cover-up makes everything worst.

The new evidence shows that Romaine had multiple opportunities to observe safety requirements that would have avoided injuring Deshon. Romaine deliberately and callously ignored all of those opportunities. Even when he admits he thought he ran over something with the bus as he straightened out from the turn – which was likely the fatal impact with the rear wheel when the bus impacted Deshon’s head, Romaine callously and indifferently refused to stop the bus –when safe bus operation required him to stop. Instead, he continued down the road until the shouts from other passengers caused him to stop.

Romaine operated the bus; Romaine should be prosecuted for vehicular homicide or manslaughter. I also believe that Deshon’s case needs to be thoroughly reinvestigation due to conflict of interest and bias. The prosecutor allowed this killer to walk away from Deshon’s death a free man. Coach USA still has Romaine driving the bus as of today.

If they are covering up Desho's case. How many other people cases the Justice system is covering up? They did the same thing to Deshon's friend Christian Nobel Ross who also was killed by Coach USA dangerous bus driver. These thugs and wicked people had assisted my Deshon's character. Is it because he is an Afro-American young man. From what was told to me by Deshon's Attorney that was a lot of racism dealing with his case.

Coach USA Bus Driver Wilson Romaine was not fired for his job and not charged for running over 22-years-old Deshon Johnson twice then dragging him 50 to 100 feet. Romain walked away from a free man for Dehson’s murder. The Essex County Vehicular Homicide Prosecutor never released the bus driver picture when he killed Deshon. The picture above is from the deposition video that Deshon’s new Attorney administered. The prosecutors from other towns released the black bus driver’s pictures of the white victims killed by their murder bus drivers. They did not do that for Deshon; is it because he was black and the bus driver was a black Haitian.
