On June 6, 2013 at 6:30 Montclair High School where Deshon Johnson attended 2008 will be honoring a student with the first Deshon Johnson Memorial Scholarship in his name.

Deshon was in the honor society and on the wrestling team in Montclair High School. He attended Mount Hebron Middle School and Northeast elementary. While in Mount Hebron Deshon song in the chores and he was on the art community. His artwork was displayed in Montclair Museum.  At the age 22 this young man established two online businesses called Still hipStash.com with James Little and Mathew Vickers. In his honor James and Mathew change the name to Noneillah. He started a Noneillahstore.com and an online radio station. He also was working, going to college, writing music and took care of his mother.  Deshon will have graduated from college this year in his major Business Finance. He did so much at a tender young age. Sadly, this young man life ended so tragically. The world and Montclair Township lost a remarkable young man who had a lot to contribute.

Deshon Johnson’s College Scholarship has been established at three schools he attended and they are Montclair High School, Kean University and Essex County College. On May 16 Essex County College will be honoring Deshon Johnson with a Certificate/Diploma of Acknowledge in Business Finance at the annual graduate award ceremony.

Please support the cause. We all can impact a child in need.
