On March 14, 2012 Essex County Prosecutor refused to charged the bus driver of Coach USA who was operating NJ Transit when ending Deshon's life and the happiness of his mother. The bus company never show any remorse for what they driver done to this mother and son's relationship. The company did not called the mother to offer any support, nor did the bus driver. The prosecutor is treating this lost and mother separation bitter cold. Deshon and his mother where inseparable. This mother and son's love was a remarkable connection. Down below are pictures of the connection and love they shared with one another.
