Shocking Truth About the Deshon Johnson Murder Case
It is only rather quite unfortunate that an ambitious young boy was murdered in cold blood, and after that, the murder case was being swept under the rug with so much bribery and corruption hampering justice from taking its full course, despite the several rallies and protest that has taken place. This is a murder case of Deshon Johnson by the Community Coach USA Bus Driver Operating NJ Transit Bus 709. The bus named above company is being operated from overseas in Scotland and have no compassion for human life. Community Coach Bus Company hired the murderer bus driver with a bad an unclean driving record which was discovered by the investigated and disclosed by Deshon’s lawyer during the interview with Essex County Prosecutor, Mike, on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, in Bloomfield NJ.
New evidence shows this same bus driver — named Wilson Romaine — committed an incident before murdering the victim named Deshon Johnson. Wilson had committed a similar incident in 2010. He never was suspended from his job but was given a defensive driving course. On July 18th, he killed Johnson. The sadness didn’t end there; this same reckless bus driver was again involved in another incident case two months after he ended the life of a music artist — a college student — and Naomi’s only son’s life. Romine also carries two breaking-in-forcefully entry charges and has three civil suits against him: one of these suits is the sum of $10,000, $3, 235 and $452.00 charged against him. Romaine also has other charges in Florida where he previously lived as a Haitian native.
There is a video that shows that Romaine sped through the bus stop refusing to pick Johnson up at the assigned stop-point. There are eyewitnesses, and they made it clear while interrogating them, that Johnson flagged for Romaine to stop, but he refused to do feigning ignorance. Due to Romaine’s refusal to stop, Johnson ran up and tried evading. However, Romaine knocked Johnson down heavily on the bus’s front door. Romaine jumped the curb where Johnson stood; knocking him down and after that, running him over, twice, after which he dragged Johnson’s lifeless body fifty to hundred feet — what could be crueler?
During Romaine interview with the Essex County Prosecutor Detective, he stood up to demonstrated how he saw Johnson running. The Prosecutor and Community Coach restrained this driver from speaking any further about what he saw or did. I noticed a lot of psychological plots, especially when Wilson was persuaded to tell it out that he did absolutely nothing wrong after all and that the murder case should be closed at that point.
Romaine’s lawyer told him he had nothing to worry about because the head detective — Vicent Nardone — was going to take care of everything apparently (after all they had escaped several previous cases untouched). During the interview, the prosecutor stated that there was a videotape on the bus. Notwithstanding, the lawyer for the Community Coach refuted, saying that there was no such videotape on the bus ignorant of the fact that a witness who worked for the bus company, had already stated that he saw a videotape while he was cleaning that very bus that caught the moments in time when Romaine murdered Deshon with a large weapon. Shocking of all was the fact that, the day of the incidence, the prosecutor or NJ Transit or Community Coach USA never took a deposition from bus driver Wilson Romain.

A few days after Johnson’s death Attorney Michael Tuzzio from the bus company called Naomi, demanding to meet with her. Naomi asked the person over the phone how he got her number and where he was calling from. This anonymous person stated that he was already at her house. Naomi asked the person how he knew where she lived. He replied saying that her address was in the newspaper, which is an absolute lie! This mysterious caller further told Naomi it was urgent that he meets with her. That conversation left Naomi devastated. Naomi told her son’s lawyer, Brian, who then reported the conversation that took place between Naomi and the bus representative, to the retired judge named Lawrence Lawson. The retired Judge Lawson lied and said that it was their protocol — this is not true, as Deshon’s friend — Christie Nobel Ross, who lived in the same building –was murdered the same way on January 26, 2012, by the same bus company and no one came to her house at all.
These bus companies think they can solve every death with money — bribing their way to freedom. A settlement is a compromise with the victims loved one stating that the bus driver did not cause the death of the victim but the victims were the cause of their death. The bus companies also want the victim’s loved ones to sign a gauge order and settle out of court so the case can be confidential, knowing fully well the consequences of the case are becoming a trial or transcending into public information. These incident needs to be heard in court for determination for final justice. Naomi’s son death case has been desecrated in a full negative reckoning; which has rocked in the courts.
These bus companies must understand that a lawsuit is not going to bring Naomi son or any other victims up from the grave but a stiffer law enforced to hold these reckless bus drivers accountable will be a sign of justice and a direction to change. The bus company lawyer had Deshon’s lawyer to beg Naomi to stop writing about what happened to her son and not go on the news to talk about the cover-up of her son’s case. The bus company was trying to rush Naomi to settle so she can sign a gauge order because they do not want Naomi to reveal the truth about how corrupt they are. This same lawyer also told Deshon’s lawyer to cajole me into closing the murder case of my son.
Naomi stated that she had reached out to NAACP, Black Lives Matter, Women Organizations, Color of Change Organization, National Action Network, Rainbow Push Coalition, Several Churches, Bike and Pedestrian Safety and other organization for support and no help was given to her. People Organization Progress (POP) came for my son’s annual candlelight ceremony one year.
Naomi stated, likewise, that she contacted political officials such as Assembly Women Shavonda Sumter, Assemblyman Benjie E Wimberly, Assemblyman Johns F Mckeon, Assembly Women Mila Jasey, Assemblywomen L Grace Spencer, Assemblywomen Blonnie R Watson, Assemblyman Thomas P. Giblin, Assemblywomen Cleopatra G Tucker, Assemblyman Patrick J Degnaner, Speak of the House Shelia Oliver, Senator Nia Gill, Senator Corey Booker, Senator Codey J Richard, Senator Bob Menendez. And Teresa Ruiz, Congressman Donald Payne Jr, Freeholder Brendan Gill, Governor Chris Christie, President Barack Obama, Attorney General Richard J Hughes, and Attorney General Paul Fishman. “Only one politician reached out to me to help,” she said, “and that was Senator Bob Menendez community helper” she added.
“I’ve also reached out to several of talk shows, radio stations and news station on Facebook to get my story told but no one reached back out to me.” “I believe if this were an international story I would have everyone reaching out to me so they can get more public publicity for their ratings,” she furthered. Naomi said she was tired of being asked to keep silence, why should she be told to stay quiet when her son was murdered? Naomi stated that people are reaching out to her on change.org and Facebook telling their stories to hear how their loved ones were murdered and their characters are being assassinated too. They also, are asking Naomi to help them get justice for their loved ones, who were killed by reckless bus drivers. We are not going to allow them to sweep this kind of death and injuries under the rug! We would save our future from this evil scourge, even if that is the last thing we would do.
Below are quotes and a link to some people also seeking help and justice against this very NJ Transit.
“Hi, I saw your name on an article on Notthjersey.com. I’m so sorry for the loss of your son. My sister was hit by an NJ Transit bus this past May in Newark where she sustained critical injuries & lost both of her legs. Please let me know what I can do to help make these bus drivers be held accountable.”
