Shine a Light on NJ Transit and Coach USA Corruption with These Death Cases

My heart breaks writing and reading about what is happening to our brothers and sisters of all ethnicity in New Jersey right now. The percentage of Afro-American NJ Transit and Coach USA victims who have been murder by these reckless bus driver murder cases does not get justice in the county of Essex. Essex County Prosecutor Homicide Head Detective swept these cases under the rug and deems them as an accident.

There are not professional safety drivers...they are profession murders on wheels. Coach USA/NJ Transit bus company representative, president, lawyer, and spokesperson blame 22-year-old black man Deshon Johnson and 21-year-old Black women Christine Nobel Ross for their death. The spokesperson and Essex County Homicide Prosecutor said that Deshon was running in the street to catch the bus and he was banging on the back door and window with both open hands as he runs to the comer of Broad Street and Bay Avenue in Bloomfield New Jersey Wednesday, July 18, 2012.

In the diagram, you can see where Deshon was first standing and the third arrow on the comer is where he supposedly ran to which is few steps from the bus stop. Deshon flagged the bus driver to stop but the bus driver continues to blow past the stop which led the victim to proceed to the corner and knocked hard on the front door. Yes, you hear me Deshon was at the front door of the bus where he was knocked down and run over twice then dragged to Bay Avenue.  The bus companies and their lawyers think that a lawsuit is a justice for a senseless murder.  A lawsuit is like putting a band-aid on a wound or taken chemotherapy for cancers.  A lawsuit is not a cure or resolution because the passengers are paying for these astronomical amounts of lawsuits through transportation fare increase.  These bus drivers need to be in jail, pay for their own attorney fees, not get paid, CDL (Commercial Driving Licenses) taken away, go to jail and spend community service is the morgue.

With Christine Nobel Ross they said that she ran/jumped in street and the front of the bus at the intersection/corner of Main Street and South Harrison Street with her 3-year-old son in East Orange New Jersey on Monday, January 23, 2012. Now, both deaths there was a witness. Christine witness said that she and her son were on the sidewalk when the male bus driver jumped the curb while on his cellphone when making a turn. Deshon's witness said that he was on the corner of Broad Street and Bay Avenue when the Haitian native bus driver Wilson Romaine jumped the curb killing his victim when making a turn on Bay Ave.

Be unknowns to them, Deshon and Christine lived in the same build across from one another. These two innocent young victims grew up together and went to Montclair High School. The ironic part of these two murders that they were killed by the same bus companies 6 months apart and the bus company representative said both of you victims jumped in the street. Do you see the repetitious lies? Not only have the bus companies blamed the victims for their death. They did not charge the two bus drivers for Deshon and Christine murder. The bus drivers walked away from these two victims a free man wearing Deshon and Christine blood on their hands. NJ Transit and Commuter Coach, Essex County Prosecutor Vehicular Homicide Detective and Governor Chris Christie are wearing these two young lives; as well as other victims who were killed in vain by these reckless bus drivers...blood on their hands. There need to be Justice for Deshon-Justice for Christine Ross Nobel and Justice For The Other Victims!!!!

This is the information that NJ Transit, Coach USA, and Vehicular Homicide Detective do not want the world to know. Enough is Enough!!! The people should know, no more silent. I am vexed seeing these cold hearten people assassinate these two people character. These people do not deserve to die like they did and be treated like their life is of no value.

Down below is a diagram of where Deshon was standing. As you will see he was not on the street when he was killed. Deshon's lifeless body was dragged into the street by this cold heartless murder Wilson Romaine.

You will hear every week that a pedestrian or passengers have been seriously injured or killed by a bus.  Hundred of innocent human beings killed by NJ Transit and Coach USA reckless bus driver and death case is being labeled as an accident instead of vehicular homicide. These deaths are straight up negligent and murder.  These killings remind me of modern-day slavery when human lives are of no value. All of these people are being killed with no New Jersey government intervention.

We need to do SOMETHING. Use YOUR voice (Social Media, your community, etc.) to raise awareness!  Please post, repost, tweet, share your connections and tag people. Get up stand up for what is right. This type of murder/ killing is not OKAY! Where are the Black Lives Matter Organizations, NAACP, Social Justice, Human Rights, All Lives Matter Organization, Reverend Al Sharpton, and other human rights organization to fight for this sickening mental disturbed behavior by NJ Transit and Coach USA bus companies, lawmakers and Essex County Vehicular Homicide Prosecutor Detectives? This act of legalized murder in New Jersey is an atrocious act and must be denunciated by political leaders, public speakers, celebrities and religious leaders. Such malevolent inclination by NJ Transit and Coach USA bus companies to destroy the life of fellow pedestrians and passengers is unspeakable. The killing of Deshon, Christine, and others who were killed in vain is awful. These case needs to be fully investigated. These spirit and souls are not resting in peace they have been taken before their time.

Do everything you can don't be silenced. Let our voice be heard contact your local lawmaker and become an advocate in the fight against this act of murder...demand to hold these bus drivers accountable because that is there job. We as citizen cast our votes to put these people them in their political chairs they need to do their jobs and stop get political favors in the sack of human lives. There are many victims family lives had changed and cried every day for their loved ones because they cannot come home to them. The bus drivers, head person of the bus companies, prosecutors, judges, DA, lawmakers and others who are involved in this horrific act of murder can go home to their loved ones.  The justice system robbed these victims loved ones of carrying out justice for their murder cause by not holding the bus companies and their so call professional safety bus driver accountable for these strains of a death penalty.

Once again...We have tot to say something...we CANNOT BE SILENT. Look at the black and white evidence of corruption down below.

The people who are involved in this corruption and wearing the blood of these innocent lives, KARMA IS COMING FOR YOU IN DOUBLE FOLD! What is happening in the dark will always come out in the light. JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL IN THE HEARTS OF THE WICKED. These people DO NOT have a heart or respect for humanity or the DEAD or their families. It is going on five years that Deshon and Nobel was murder and there has not been justice since their death, and their bus drivers had not yet been charged. This story needs to be in mainstream media and worldwide media in order to show these heartless people who are mishandling these death case that we as the people voice overpower theirs.  Please let this story spread as if it's a sexual harassment, political money laundering,  pedophilia, rape physical assaults etc. Or As if it is an Al Franklin case, Mendez, Bill Cosby,  Republican Blake and other celebrity and political people make international news. This type of death is an international news worth story to sweep the nation. 

THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!! LET'S CALL FOR END TO ACT OF LEGALIZED MURDER AGAINST PASSENGERS AND PEDESTRIANS.

This was not an accident this was straight up negligent and murder. The bus driver was on the phone when he jumped the sidewalk striking the victim turning the corner on South Harrison Street and Main Street in East Orange NJ while with her 3-year-old son. Look at the below comment on the witness statement of seeing the bus driver on the phone. Nobel leaves her 3-year-old son behind.

This was not a bus accident is right out negligent and vehicular murder. The bus driver saw Deshon twice at the assigned bus stop when he flagged the bus down and at the third spot on the diagram when he proceeded to the corner Broad Street and Bay to knock at the bus front door. Instead of Wilson Romaine stopping the bus he jumped the curb and run over Deshon twice while then dragged him to the next block around the corner while making a turn on Bay Avenue. Look at the diagram below and the witness statement telling Essex County Vehicular Homicide that Deshon was at the corner not in the street like the bus company prosecutor and the judge saying he was running in the street. Also, look at the bus driver conversation of seeing Deshon. Deshon did not have any children but he leaves behind his disabled mother whom he was taken care of from a Bloomfield NJ police chase that crashed into his mother car. Deshon's case should not have been investigated by Essex County Homicide Detectives because it is biased. The county should not be investigating their own incident. There should have been a third-party investigation. The head homicide prosecutor used to work for NJ Transit as a reconstruction accident and an NJ Transit police.  On the day of Deshon's death, there was a lot of construction going on and there was not a county police station there. 

                                                                                           

The county and town trying not be held accountable for Deshon’s death because Essex County Chief of Prosecutors trying to say that Deshon was killed on a town road which is Bay Avenue. In the newspaper articles, I read that the Mayor of Bloomfield trying to say that Deshon was killed on the county road; which is Broad Street. The bottom line is that Deshon was killed and no one wants to be held accountable for Deshon's death. Yes, the bus company wants to push hush money to Deshon's mother and think that is a way to hold the bus company accountable. Well...I hear to tell you it is not about the money. It is about JUSTICE FOR DESHON JOHNSON! They have cover-up Deshon's case long enough.

The engineering of where the bus stop is located is poorly designed. The bus stop is near the corner. There have been other incidents occurred on that bad corner. The area where Deshon was killed was under reconstruction for months. Once Deshon got killed the counties hurry up to work on the area to cover up any evidence before Deshon's lawyer get to the scene of the crime.

This is the first time the bus driver admits with his mouth seeing Deshon Johnson running while on the curb, not the street.

This is the second time the bus driver admits with his mouth seeing Deshon Johnson again and still did not stop. You can read in the evidence that the lawyer and vehicle homicide detective using reverse psychology on the bus driver conversing the bus driver he did not see anyone. Then the detective tells the driver he did not do anything wrong by killing Deshon. In addition to the Transit lawyer telling the bus driver that Vincent Nardone will take care of everything. Vincent used to work for NJ Transit as an accident Reconstruction for bus incident and as an NJ Transit police. Do you see the corruption and bias in this case? The county should not investigate a county homicide because Broad Street is a county road and Vincent should not have been investigating the incident because he uses to work for NJ Transit pertaining to this incident. Deshon's case was not an accident it is straight up vehicular homicide and negligent.  This informative post is what the bus companies do not want you to know...this is corruption at its best.

My experience as a passenger on Coach USA is terrible. Riding with those bus drivers are scary because they drive like demos on wheels. They have a terrible attitude. I recalled conversing with one of the bus drivers from Coach and a man was walking across the street. The bus driver had the nerve to say to me if that man does not hurry up across the street; I am going to hit him. I said to the driver that is not a good thing to say. She said, to me if I hit that pedestrian nothing is going to me. I am going to still have my job." I looked at her and said that is a bad way of thinking. Now, if she thinks that, how many other bus drivers think that way too. Well by looking at all of these killing caused by Coach USA bus drivers, she was telling the truth. These bus drivers go back to work after killing an innocent pedestrian or passenger. Coach USA bus company do not care about people lives, they just care about the money. I read about a bus driver name Wilson Romaine on the internet. When I saw his picture, I remember him. He has a terrible aggressive attitude who do not give a shit. I said to him you have a nasty disposition that you are going to one day kill someone. He just looked at me with a mean nasty look. When I saw the article I was not in shock but I saw my prediction about him killings someone came true. I was disturbed when I read that this driver was not charged for that young man death. I hope the bus company and the driver get whats coming to them. Romaine took an innocent young man from his mother and have no compassion for his action. Coach USA bus company are cold heart killers. I hope the driver rot in hell.
