New Jersey district attorneys/Essex County Vehicle Homicide Prosecutors must prosecute NJ Transit drivers and other drivers when their reckless behavior causes death or catastrophic injury, say  "Naomi Johnson a mother who son was killed by Coach USA Wilson Romaine operating NJ Transit". "Why is it that if you kill someone while driving intoxicated, the District Attorney/ Essex County Vehicle Homicide Prosecutors / will press charges, but not if you killed or mutilate someone through reckless behavior on the road,".

"Death like this is an incomprehensible loss like all other horrific killings. Each of those victims killed has a mother, a father, a sister, a brother, or a spouse. A family member who's life will never be the same." Yet, these reckless drivers can go back home to be with their family, friends and continue on with their lives.

Data tracked by  Channel 4, Star Ledger  and Streets blog revealed that New Jersey, Coach USA, MTA reckless bus driver killing  of  400 or more pedestrian and cyclist fatalities increasing each year, only one case of NJ Transit bus driver were charged with a second-degree offense, but later pleaded guilty to a fourth-degree charge of assault-by-auto/ vehicular homicide against drivers http://www.northjersey.com/news/ex-nj-transit-bus-driver-in-fatal-pedestrian-accident-draws-probationary-term-1.1172860 —motorists are hardly ever criminally charged if they fatally hit or wound someone and there's not one or more aggravating dynamics include (such as a hit-and-run, intentional hit, or intoxication.) New Jersey survive victims need to come together to support Vision Zero and encourage a drop in the speed limit to 20 miles per hour. The bus drivers should wait at least twenty minutes before pulling off like the trains to prevent astronomical passage/pedestrian catastrophic killing like Mr. Deshon Johnson, Mr. Joseph Currier http://ireport.cnn.com/docs/DOC-1278122, and others victims who were killed by a reckless bus driver.

According to an advocate for Vision Zero, she says,"We will never get to zero fatalities unless we hold dangerous drivers accountable. When drivers make turns at an increasing amount of speed without even looking, or zoom through intersections or doing things that make them not  to pay attention to the road and kill people, Distract Attorney never press charges. http://www.wnyc.org/story/families-traffic-crash/

We need to alter the culture on our streets and make it intolerable to drive recklessly. We will never get to nil fatalities and significant injuries unless we hold dangerous drivers legally responsible for their actions." "Most New Jerseyan don’t comprehend the reality that a driver can kill or maim your loved one, and then get back in their car and drive off, with no consequences held against them," Especially these reckless/ distracted bus drivers they kill someone and get away with murder then go back driving the bus putting more innocent lives at risk. I kept asking myself "How can reckless drivers who kill innocent people go free?  The Justice system needs to reform the attitude that ‘incident or accidents happen’ and start bringing an indictment in correlation with these crashes, to keep dangerous drivers from eradicating more lives." I think that all victims love ones should automatically be given a  Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)  or OPRA Open Public Record Act request to see a complete collision report results and not be kept from the public and the press, and even family members. On the other hand, "I thought the family involved in an accident can get a report. It's not for strangers or the news media but the immediate family."

New Jersy should implement a Right-0f-Way-Law like NYC
Right-of-Way Law on January, four months after Right-of-Way went into effect, pedestrian and cyclist advocacy group  Transportation Alternatives pointed out that of 10,000 moving violations documented by the NYPD since its passage, only 12 of them—less than 1%—had resulted in pressed charges. info@familiesforsafestreets.org

Here are articles for your view about these innocent of massive reckless bus drivers/reckless drivers killed countless people and escape from murder charges with not being help accountable.
