Deshon Johnson's case supposed to go to Grand Jury the week of Febuary 25th

Deshon's Johnson case going to Grand Jury.

Ms Lui called Ms Johnson the second week of January to inform her that Deshon's January case was posted pone because two of the jurally were sick with the flue. However, it will resume on the first week of February 25th.  Ms. Erica Lui stated to Ms Johnson back in November she was able to come to the Grand Jury during the time court is in session but requested for her to sit on another floor. Now, Ms Lui told Ms Johnson she is unable to sit on any floor of the court building and she cannot give her the exact date when court session takes place.

The Grand Jury will be presented to a panel of juries to determine the charges given to the bus driver who took Mr. Johnson life back in July the 18th.  The bus driver speed around the corner of the curb sidewalk of a handicap ramp as the bus back wheel jumping the curb ended Mr. Johnson life.

The information will be present in court will be give by detective Contreras and witness who saw the aftermath of  the incident not the true facts.  Mr. Contreras and Thomas S. Fennelly stated that the witness saw Deshon using two hands banging on the back door. The statements were given was inaccurate because Deshon could not use both open hands banging on the back door, if he had a seven level bag with a sandwich and a bottle of vitamin water. The seven eleven bag Mr. Deshon Johnson had was not a wrist bag it was a close bag that he had to grip with close hand. Now the question is how can he use two open hands banging on the back door? The bag and the items were found on the scene. Then Mr. Fennely Chief Assistant Prosecutor stated Mr. Johnson was running across Broad Street and Bay Avenue which is inaccurate evidence. If in fact, Mr. Johnson was running across Broad Street and Bay Avenue he would had been had struck on the left wheel not the right. Deshon was knocked down by the bus as it back wheel jumped the curb on the right side dragging him 50 to hundred feet to his last breath.

All information will be weighed on inaccuracy evidence not a full investigation. The prosecutor and detective trying to make it seems as if it was the victim fault why he is no longer on this earth.  I find that to be horrible and sicken to blame the demise victim for his short lived for the sack of protecting the county due to construction work was taken place without police present.  I pray and hope they do the right thing and convict the 61 year old bus driver who took Deshon from his mother, family and friends. If the bus driver picked Mr. Johnson up from the bus stopped and never kept going Deshon will be with us. It does not matter if Deshon supposedly banging on the back door the bus driver should not have been speeding and driving on the handicap curb/sidewalk. The bus supposed to be on the street not the curb or sidewalk where people walk. I am sure if Mr. Johnson did not know the bus driver back wheel will jump the curb.

The questions are who is the Prosecutor protecting, Bloomfield police, county or a government business NJ Transit?
